The hat does not come in exactly the same fabric/colors that was pictured. Three of the flaps go down, while the one in front is tacked up. It seems well made with quality materials. The hat is molded with something that doesn’t easily adjust, so it fits snug on the head. Be sure to measure your head accurately before ordering!
